What we collect
- Account and billing: your email address, your licence key, subscription status and credit balance. Optionally, a social media handle if you give one.
- Your content: videos or links you submit, the audio and transcripts generated from them, and the clips, captions, titles, thumbnails and trailers produced.
- Technical data: basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and fixing faults, and a cookie that keeps you signed in with your licence key.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the service you asked for and manage your subscription (contract).
- To send service emails such as your welcome email and "your clips are ready" notices (contract / legitimate interests).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems (legitimate interests).
- To meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your videos to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers only as needed to run the service:

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
